Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat)
1 cup almond flour or coconut flour
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
2 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease donut pan.
2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
3. Mix almond flour, sweetener, and strawberries.
4. Spoon batter into donut molds, 3/4 full.
5. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and cooked through.
6. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a chocolate variation, add 2 tbsp cocoa powder.
