Description
This easy ABC Juice recipe made with apple, beetroot, and carrot is a delicious homemade drink to enjoy in the morning or after a workout. Naturally sweet, refreshing, and full of nutrients.
Ingredients
1 small green or red apple (~6 oz)
1 large beetroot or 3 small (~8 oz)
2 medium carrots (~5 oz)
½ lemon (~3 oz)
1-inch knob fresh ginger root (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and prep all ingredients.
2. Cut produce to fit juicer or blender.
3. Juicer method: run all ingredients through juicer.
4. Blender method: blend with ½ cup water, strain through nut-milk bag.
5. Serve immediately or chill in airtight jar for up to 24 hours.
Notes
Adjust apple variety based on sweetness preference.
Juice is best consumed within 24 hours for freshness.
Beetroot may color urine temporarily—this is harmless.
