Description
Crispy, creamy, and sweet, these Air Fryer Brie Stuffed Dates make the perfect quick appetizer or snack!
Ingredients
12 Medjool dates, pitted
4 oz Brie cheese, cut into 12 pieces
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1–2 tbsp honey
Flaky sea salt
1 tsp chopped thyme or sage
Optional: red pepper flakes
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (205°C).
2. Pit each date and stuff with Brie cheese.
3. Top with chopped walnuts and press gently.
4. Air fry for 3–4 minutes until the cheese softens.
5. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle salt and herbs, and serve warm.
Notes
You can prep these ahead of time and air fry just before serving.
Swap walnuts for pecans or pistachios if desired.
For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.
