Description
Homemade air fryer pizza rolls are crispy, cheesy, and quick to make — the perfect snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
1 cup pizza sauce
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup diced pepperoni or veggies
¼ tsp Italian seasoning
12–15 egg roll wrappers
1 egg (for sealing)
1 tbsp olive oil or spray
Instructions
1. Mix pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings in a bowl.
2. Spoon filling into wrappers and roll tightly.
3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
4. Brush rolls with oil and air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
5. Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, use mushrooms or veggies instead of pepperoni.
Freeze uncooked rolls up to 3 months; air fry straight from frozen.
