Ingredients

2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
Instructions
1. Grind flaxseeds and toast pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
2. Combine all ingredients in a clean jar.
3. Store in a cool, dark place.
4. Add 1–2 tbsp daily to smoothies, yogurt, or oatmeal.
Notes
