This best fluffy yogurt recipe is creamy, whipped, and perfect with or without pudding mix. Ideal for snacks or dessert!
Ingredients
1 cup cold Greek yogurt
1 tbsp instant vanilla pudding mix or 2 tbsp milk powder
1/4 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
1. Add yogurt and pudding mix to a mixing bowl.
2. Sprinkle in baking powder.
3. Use a hand mixer to whip for 3–4 minutes.
4. Stir in vanilla and sweetener if using.
5. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use aluminum-free baking powder only.
Substitute pudding mix with dry milk or protein powder for a cleaner version.
Top with fruit or granola for texture.
