Description

A flavorful blackened salmon stuffed with a creamy spinach and Parmesan filling, perfect for a quick and healthy dinner.


Ingredients

4 salmon fillets

2 cups fresh spinach chopped

2 cloves garlic minced

1/2 cup cream cheese

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon blackened seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon lemon juice optional


Instructions

1. Heat oil and sauté garlic, then add spinach until wilted

2. Mix spinach with cream cheese, Parmesan, and lemon juice

3. Cut pockets into salmon fillets

4. Stuff salmon with spinach mixture

5. Season with blackened seasoning, salt, and pepper

6. Sear salmon in hot skillet 3–4 minutes per side

7. Cover and cook until fully done
