Festive, creamy no-bake Blue Christmas Truffles made with white chocolate, heavy cream, and blue curacao for a dazzling holiday treat.
Ingredients
2 cups white chocolate chips
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp blue curacao
1/2 cup blue sanding sugar
Instructions
1. Melt white chocolate chips and heavy cream together.
2. Stir in blue curacao for flavor and color.
3. Chill for 2 hours until firm.
4. Roll into balls and coat with blue sanding sugar.
5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Swap blue curacao with blue food coloring and orange extract for an alcohol-free version.
