Description

Creamy blueberry yogurt clusters made with fresh blueberries, Greek yogurt, and dark chocolate. A simple frozen snack that’s refreshing and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

2 cups fresh blueberries

1 ½ cups Greek yogurt

23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup dark chocolate chips

1 teaspoon coconut oil


Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.

3. Fold in blueberries gently.

4. Scoop small clusters onto the baking sheet.

5. Freeze for 1–2 hours until solid.

6. Melt chocolate with coconut oil.

7. Dip or drizzle clusters with chocolate.

8. Freeze again until chocolate sets.

Notes

Use thick yogurt for best texture.

Pat blueberries dry before mixing.

Store in freezer up to 2 months.
