Ingredients
2 lbs chicken pieces
2 cups buttermilk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 cup flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk and spices for 4 hours.
2. Mix flour, cornstarch, and spices.
3. Coat chicken evenly and rest 10 minutes.
4. Fry in pressure fryer at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
5. Drain and serve hot.
