Ingredients
2 cups shredded chicken
4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup buffalo hot sauce
2 tbsp butter
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Melt butter in a pot and sauté onions, celery, and carrots until soft.
2. Add shredded chicken and seasonings, stirring well.
3. Pour in broth and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Stir in cream cheese and buffalo sauce until melted.
5. Add shredded cheddar, adjust seasoning, and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust buffalo sauce to desired spice level.
For dairy-free, use coconut milk instead of cream cheese.
