Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
3 packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup melted chocolate
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare crust mixture.
2. Press crust into pan and bake for 10 minutes.
3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and cream.
5. Pour filling over crust and bake 50–60 minutes.
6. Cool gradually, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
7. Top with caramel, chocolate, and pecans before serving.
