Ingredients
8 oz Gruyere cheese, grated
8 oz Emmental cheese, grated
1 cup dry white wine
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp kirsch (optional)
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Rub garlic inside fondue pot.
2. Heat wine gently until steaming.
3. Toss cheese with cornstarch.
4. Add cheese gradually while stirring.
5. Cook until smooth and creamy.
6. Season and serve immediately.
Notes
Keep heat low to prevent separation.
