Ingredients
Flour Sugar Salt Yeast Milk Butter Egg Mozzarella Garlic Parsley Olive oil
Instructions
Prepare dough and knead until smooth. Let rise for 30–45 minutes. Fill each ball with cheese. Brush with garlic butter. Bake 18–22 minutes at 375°F. Brush again and serve warm.
Notes
Use low-moisture mozzarella for best results. Vegan version: replace butter with olive oil. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
