Ingredients
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
6 tablespoons melted butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup melted chocolate
¾ cup caramel sauce
Whipped cream (optional)
Crushed peanuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into a pie pan
2. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth
3. Whip cream until stiff peaks form
4. Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture
5. Melt chocolate and cool slightly
6. Layer mousse, caramel, and chocolate in crust
7. Chill for 4–6 hours until set
8. Garnish and serve
