Description
Chocolate tahini bites are chewy, naturally sweet, and no-bake. Made with dates, tahini, cocoa, and oats for a quick healthy snack.
Ingredients
12 pitted soft Medjool dates
2 tablespoons runny tahini
2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats (certified gluten-free)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips
1 tablespoon raw white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ teaspoon fine salt
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until soft dough forms.
2. Scrape down sides and pulse again to combine well.
3. Scoop ½ tablespoon of dough and shape into small rectangles.
4. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
5. Chill overnight for best texture or enjoy immediately.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
Freeze for up to 2 months.
Optional: roll in sesame seeds or shredded coconut for topping.
