Description
A creamy, crunchy chopped chicken Caesar salad wrap packed with juicy chicken, crispy bacon, Parmesan, and Caesar dressing in a soft tortilla.
Ingredients
1 large chicken breast, grilled or baked
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2–3 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
2–3 tbsp Caesar dressing
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 large flour tortilla
Instructions
1. Cook and slice the chicken breast.
2. Crisp the bacon and chop it into bits.
3. Chop the romaine and mix with chicken, bacon, dressing, and cheese.
4. Place filling on tortilla and roll tightly.
5. Toast in a skillet 2 mins per side for crunch.
6. Serve immediately or wrap for meal prep.
Notes
For make-ahead: store filling and dressing separately.
Use leftover grilled chicken or rotisserie for quick prep.
