A beautiful no-bake Christmas Cookie Lasagna layered with creamy cheesecake, pudding, and festive cookies.
Ingredients
24 Christmas sugar cookies
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping
1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1/2 tsp almond extract (optional)
1/2 cup crushed cookies
2 cups whipped topping
Sprinkles or mini chocolate chips for garnish
Instructions
1. Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into dish and chill.
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust.
3. Whisk pudding mix, milk, and almond extract. Add crushed cookies and spread over cheesecake layer.
4. Spread whipped topping evenly and garnish.
5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Use festive cookies for a colorful look.
Substitute pudding flavor for variety.
