Description
A moist, buttery cinnamon swirl Bundt cake with a rich cinnamon-sugar layer and sweet vanilla glaze. Perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
2½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter
1½ cups sugar
3 large eggs
1½ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a Bundt pan.
2. Whisk dry ingredients together.
3. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla.
4. Alternate adding dry mix and sour cream.
5. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for swirl.
6. Layer batter and swirl mix in Bundt pan.
7. Bake 50–55 minutes until done.
8. Cool, then drizzle glaze.
Notes
Substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt.
Use applesauce for a lighter version.
Top with cream cheese frosting for a richer dessert.
