Description
Soft, buttery Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Cake with layers of cinnamon sugar and vanilla glaze. Perfect for brunch or dessert.
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease Bundt pan.
2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.
3. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
4. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to wet mixture.
5. Pour half the batter, add cinnamon swirl, then top with remaining batter.
6. Swirl gently and bake for 50-60 minutes.
7. Cool for 10 minutes, remove from pan, and drizzle with glaze.
Notes
You can add nuts or glaze for variety. For a gluten-free version, use a 1:1 GF flour blend.
