34 lime wedges (or ½ oz juice) 6–8 mint leaves ½ oz agave nectar 2 oz coconut rum 4 oz club soda Ice cubes Lime wheel and mint sprig for garnish


Instructions

1. In a tall glass, gently muddle lime, mint, and agave nectar. 2. Pour in the coconut rum and swirl gently. 3. Add ice cubes until the glass is almost full. 4. Top with club soda and stir to mix. 5. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use coconut water instead of soda for a lighter version. Swap agave with simple syrup or honey if preferred. Double the batch for pitchers—just multiply the ingredients! Mocktail version: replace rum with coconut water.
