Description
This cowboy butter for steak is rich, garlicky, and loaded with herbs, Dijon, and lemon. Perfect finishing sauce or dipping butter for steak night.
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Let butter soften at room temperature.
2. In a small bowl, mix butter with garlic, mustard, and lemon juice.
3. Add parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
4. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
5. Use immediately or roll into a log and chill.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Freeze in rounds for up to 3 months.
