A festive and easy appetizer made with brie cheese, cranberry sauce, and crispy flatbread. Perfect for holidays and quick gatherings.
Ingredients
1 large flatbread or naan
1 tbsp olive oil
5–6 oz brie cheese, sliced
½ cup cranberry sauce
1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary
2 tbsp chopped pecans (optional)
Drizzle honey or balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Brush flatbread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
3. Arrange brie slices evenly on the flatbread.
4. Spoon cranberry sauce over the cheese.
5. Sprinkle with herbs and optional nuts.
6. Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and crust is golden.
7. Drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze, slice, and serve.
Notes
Use fresh cranberries or raspberry jam as a variation.
Goat cheese or vegan brie can replace traditional brie.
Add nuts or herbs for texture and festive color.
