Ingredients
1 wheel brie cheese (8 oz)
⅓ cup cranberry sauce
¼ cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp orange zest (optional)
Crackers or baguette slices for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
2. Place brie on baking dish and top with cranberry sauce.
3. Sprinkle chopped pecans and drizzle honey or maple syrup.
4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until brie is soft and gooey.
5. Transfer to serving platter and serve warm with crackers or fruit.
Notes
Use toasted pecans for more flavor.
Can prepare ahead and bake just before serving.
Substitute cranberry sauce with fig or raspberry preserves if desired.
