Festive and flavorful cranberry turkey stuffing balls that combine sweet-tart cranberries, savory herbs, and ground turkey — perfect for holidays or family dinners.
Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ cup chicken broth
2 eggs, beaten
¼ cup chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, cranberries, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
3. Add broth, eggs, and parsley; mix until combined.
4. Shape into balls and place on the baking sheet.
5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until cooked through and lightly browned.
6. Serve warm with cranberry sauce or gravy.
Notes
Use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
Substitute chicken with ground turkey or lentils for a vegetarian version.
