Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried sage

1 tsp dried thyme

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

¼ cup chicken broth

2 eggs, beaten

¼ cup chopped parsley


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.

2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, cranberries, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.

3. Add broth, eggs, and parsley; mix until combined.

4. Shape into balls and place on the baking sheet.

5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until cooked through and lightly browned.
