Description

Ingredients

2 cups shredded chicken

1 cup chopped banana peppers

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

3. Add seasonings and stir well.

4. Fold in shredded chicken, banana peppers, mozzarella, and cheddar.

5. Spread mixture in a greased baking dish.

6. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

7. Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve warm.

Notes

Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter version.

Adjust heat level with mild or hot banana peppers.

Store leftovers in the fridge up to 4 days or freeze before baking.
