Ingredients
1 cup long-grain rice
2 cups broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper
400g shrimp
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
Instructions
1. Cook rice in broth until tender
2. Stir in cream, butter, garlic, and herbs
3. Cook shrimp in garlic butter until pink
4. Add lemon juice and seasoning
5. Serve shrimp over creamy rice
Notes
Use milk instead of cream for lighter version
Do not overcook shrimp
Fresh herbs give best flavor
