Ingredients
1 lb boneless chicken breasts
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 cups cooked pasta
2 cups spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Sauté onion, garlic, and tomatoes in olive oil.
2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
3. Pour in broth and simmer.
4. Add pasta, cream, and Parmesan.
5. Stir in spinach until wilted.
