Ingredients
1 ½ lbs chicken breast
2 cans white beans
3 cups chicken broth
1 can diced green chiles
1 cup sour cream
½ cup cream cheese
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
2. Add chicken and spices; cook until lightly browned.
3. Stir in beans and chicken broth; simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Add cream cheese and sour cream off heat; stir until smooth.
5. Serve hot with cilantro, cheese, and lime wedges.
Notes
For extra thickness, mash a portion of the beans before adding. Add cream only after cooking to prevent curdling.
