Scale

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup Velveeta, cubed

¼ cup diced dill pickles

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp pickle juice

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess grease.

2. Add beef, cheese, pickles, mayo, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice to the crockpot. Stir.

3. Cook on LOW for 2–3 hours until melted and creamy.

Monterey Jack or American cheese can replace Velveeta.
