Description
Rich, no-bake dark chocolate hemp energy bites made with real food. Naturally sweet, fudgy, and packed with plant protein.
Ingredients
1 cup Medjool dates (pitted)
1/2 cup raw walnuts
1/4 cup cacao powder
3 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp almond butter
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Add dates, walnuts, cacao powder, and hemp seeds to a food processor.
2. Blend until mixture forms a sticky dough.
3. Add almond butter and salt, and blend again.
4. Roll into 1-inch balls.
5. Chill in fridge for 20–30 minutes before serving.
6. Store in fridge or freezer.
Notes
Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes if they’re dry.
Optional: Add mini chocolate chips or roll in coconut.
