Description
Dill Pickle Ranch Smash Chicken Tacos are crispy, juicy tacos made with seasoned ground chicken smashed onto tortillas and topped with dill pickles, cheese, and creamy ranch.
Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken
1 packet ranch seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
8 small flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons fresh dill (optional)
Sliced red onion (optional)
Instructions
1. Mix ground chicken with ranch seasoning and spices.
2. Spread thin layer of chicken onto one side of each tortilla.
3. Place chicken-side down in heated skillet.
4. Cook 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
5. Flip and toast tortilla side 1-2 minutes.
6. Add cheese and let melt.
7. Top with pickles, lettuce, ranch, and serve.
Notes
Spread chicken thinly for crisp edges.
Pat pickles dry before adding.
Use Greek yogurt ranch for lighter option.
Serve immediately for best texture.
