Scale

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tbsp chopped parsley

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2/3 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth

1 package (5 oz) garlic herb Boursin cheese

1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Pat salmon fillets dry and place them in a baking dish.

3. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and Dijon mustard.

4. Spread mixture over salmon and season with salt and pepper.

5. Bake salmon for 10–12 minutes until it flakes easily.
