Description
Soft and fluffy chocolate cinnamon rolls filled with rich cocoa and cinnamon, topped with a sweet glaze.
Ingredients
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm milk
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter (for filling)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast and let foam
2. Add egg, butter, salt, and flour to form dough
3. Knead until smooth and let rise 1 hour
4. Mix filling ingredients
5. Roll dough, spread filling, and add chocolate
6. Roll into log and cut into pieces
7. Let rise 30 minutes
8. Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes
9. Prepare glaze and drizzle on warm rolls

Do not overheat milk
