Description

An easy, make-ahead Eggs Benedict Casserole with all the classic flavors of the brunch favorite—perfect for holidays or weekends.


Ingredients

Scale

6 English muffins, cubed

1 lb Canadian bacon or turkey bacon, diced

8 large eggs

2 cups milk

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 tsp paprika

2 tbsp chopped parsley

Hollandaise sauce (homemade or store-bought)


Instructions

1. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

2. Layer half the muffins and bacon, repeat.

3. Whisk eggs, milk, and seasonings.

4. Pour over the casserole.

5. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.

6. Bake at 375°F for 35–40 minutes.

7. Prepare Hollandaise sauce.

8. Drizzle sauce and serve warm.

Notes

Use turkey bacon or mushrooms for a lighter option.

Best prepared a day ahead.

Serve with fresh fruit or roasted potatoes.
