This Easy Grilled Cheese Burrito — Cheesy Taco Bell Copycat is loaded with seasoned beef, rice, creamy sauces, and melty cheese, all wrapped and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
1/4 cup chipotle sauce
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar + mozzarella)
4 large flour tortillas
1 tbsp butter or oil
Instructions
1. Brown and season beef with taco seasoning.
2. Warm tortillas until pliable.
3. Assemble burritos with rice, beef, sauces, and cheese.
4. Fold sides and roll tightly.
5. Sprinkle cheese in skillet, place burrito seam-side down to grill.
6. Cook until cheese crust is golden and crispy on both sides.
7. Serve warm with extra sauce or sour cream.
