Description

Soft and colorful Jello Sugar Cookies made with flavored gelatin for a fruity twist. Easy, vibrant, and perfect for parties or holidays.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 (3 oz) package Jello gelatin mix (any flavor)

1/4 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and Jello powder.

5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.

6. Roll dough into tablespoon-sized balls and coat in sugar.

7. Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart.

8. Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are set.

9. Cool on baking sheet 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.

Notes

Do not overbake for soft cookies.

Chill dough for 20–30 minutes if too soft.

Use different gelatin flavors for colorful variations.

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
