Description
A warm, sweet peach cobbler that’s easy to make with canned or fresh peaches.
Ingredients
4 cups sliced peaches (fresh or canned)
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Melt butter in a baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and milk.
4. Pour batter over melted butter without stirring.
5. Top with peaches and their juices.
6. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown.
7. Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Use fresh peaches when in season for best flavor.
