A creamy and comforting easy tuna casserole recipe made with pantry staples like tuna, noodles, and cheese—ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
2 cans tuna (drained)
3 cups egg noodles (cooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup peas or mixed vegetables
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish.
2. Cook noodles until al dente and drain.
3. Mix tuna, soup, milk, cheese, and vegetables.
4. Pour mixture into dish and top with buttered bread crumbs.
5. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
Add Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
Top with crushed chips for extra crunch.
Store leftovers in fridge for up to 4 days.
