Description
Soft sugar cookies topped with gooey caramel and smooth chocolate — all the flavor of a Twix bar in cookie form.
Ingredients
½ cup salted butter
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg white
1½ cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
20 caramels
1 tbsp milk
2 cups milk chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Add vanilla and egg white.
3. Mix in flour and baking powder.
4. Roll dough to ¼–½ inch and cut cookies.
5. Bake at 350°F for 6–8 min.
6. Cool completely.
7. Melt caramels with milk and spread on cookies.
8. Chill for 10–15 min.
9. Melt chocolate and spread on top.
10. Cool until chocolate sets.
Notes
Use dark chocolate for a richer taste.
Refrigerate to help layers set.
Store in airtight container for up to 5 days.
