Scale

2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes

2 tbsp minced onion

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

4 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp salt

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2½ cups crushed corn flakes

½ cup melted butter

Instructions

2. Grease a 9×13-inch pan.

3. Mix hash browns, onions, sour cream, soup, butter, salt, and cheese.

4. Spread mixture evenly in pan.

5. Combine corn flakes with butter and sprinkle on top.

7. Cool 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, use cream of mushroom soup. Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream to lighten the dish.
