Rich, creamy, and loaded with flavor — this Easy Roadhouse Garlic Butter Chicken Skillet is a one-pan dinner ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients
1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden; remove from pan.
3. Melt butter; sauté garlic until fragrant.
4. Add broth and simmer; stir in cream to thicken.
5. Return chicken, add lemon juice and parsley; simmer and serve.
Notes
Substitute chicken breasts for thighs if preferred.
Use milk + cornstarch for a lighter cream sauce.
Add chili flakes or herbs for extra flavor.
