Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Mix olive oil, butter, lemon juice, garlic, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Add shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
4. Arrange shrimp in single layer on baking sheet.
5. Roast 8–10 minutes until pink and golden.
6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor. Serve immediately for crisp texture.
