Gourmet BLT Wraps Secret Sauce transforms a classic BLT into a fresh, creamy, flavor-packed wrap perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
8–10 slices bacon or turkey bacon
2 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Lay tortillas flat and spread a generous layer of secret sauce in the center.
4. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and cheese evenly.
5. Fold in sides and roll tightly. Slice diagonally and serve.
Notes
For a lighter version, replace half the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
Substitute bacon with turkey bacon, grilled chicken, tofu, or sautéed mushrooms.
Chill wraps for 10 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.
Store sauce separately if making ahead to prevent soggy wraps.
