Description
A bold and creamy grinder pasta salad packed with deli meats, cheese, and a tangy homemade dressing.
Ingredients
2 cups rotini pasta
1/2 cup diced salami
1/2 cup diced turkey
1/2 cup shredded provolone
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1/4 cup banana peppers
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Boil pasta until al dente, rinse and cool.
2. Chop all meats, veggies, and cheese.
3. Whisk together dressing ingredients in a bowl.
4. Combine pasta, meats, veggies, and dressing.
5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add lettuce just before serving to keep it crisp.
Adjust seasoning and spice based on preference.
