Ingredients
1 lb breakfast or turkey sausage
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
8 oz Velveeta or cheddar cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Muenster)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Optional: pinch of cayenne
Chopped chives or green onions for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
2. Cook sausage in skillet until browned; drain.
3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
4. Add Velveeta cubes and shredded cheese; stir to combine.
5. Fold in cooked sausage and seasonings.
6. Spread into dish, top with extra cheese.
7. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
8. Cool slightly and garnish with chives before serving.
