Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup crumbled feta
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove (optional)
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Instructions
1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Blend feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic to make whipped feta.
3. Sear chicken until golden brown, then bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes.
4. Warm honey with chili flakes and vinegar for 2–3 minutes to infuse.
5. Spread whipped feta on plates, top with chicken, and drizzle hot honey.
Notes
You can adjust spice level by varying chili flakes.
Use non-dairy feta and yogurt for a vegan version.
Hot honey can be stored up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
