Description
A fast, flavorful keto egg roll in a bowl with ground pork, cabbage, and spices. Perfect for low-carb dinners.
Ingredients
1 lb ground pork or chicken
12 ounces shredded cabbage
1/4 cup liquid aminos
2 tbsp chicken broth
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp sriracha
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp minced green onion
1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Heat skillet over medium-high. Add pork. Cook until no pink remains.
2. Pour in liquid aminos and broth. Stir well.
3. Add garlic, ginger, sriracha. Cook 1-2 minutes.
4. Add cabbage. Stir to coat. Cook to desired softness.
5. Drizzle sesame oil. Top with green onion and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
Notes
Swap pork for ground chicken or beef if you like.
Store leftovers up to 3 days in the fridge.
Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
