Description

A cool, creamy Knorr spinach dip recipe that’s quick to make and always a hit at gatherings—served cold or baked warm.

Ingredients

Scale

1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

1 packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix

1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)

3 green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Combine spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, water chestnuts, and green onions in a large bowl.

2. Mix thoroughly until evenly blended.

3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

4. Serve cold with bread, veggies, or crackers.

5. Optional: For a warm version, stir in shredded mozzarella and chopped artichokes. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.

Notes

Swap sour cream with Greek yogurt and use light mayo for a lighter dip.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 3–4 days.

Do not freeze.

For a party-ready touch, serve it in a bread bowl.
