Description
A refreshing detox drink that combines lemons and carrots for energy, glowing skin, and natural cleansing.
Ingredients
2 large carrots
1 large lemon
1½ cups filtered water
½ inch ginger (optional)
1 tsp honey or agave (optional)
Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Wash and peel the carrots.
2. Slice the lemon and remove seeds.
3. Blend carrots, lemon, and water until smooth.
4. Strain if desired and add honey.
5. Serve over ice and enjoy fresh.
Notes
Best consumed fresh on an empty stomach.
Refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Can be customized with cucumber, apple, or mint.
